Cross Puente is a consulting company based in Mexico that provides guidance and administrative support to Mexican workers interested in legal employment opportunities in Poland. We work in partnership with Cross Bridge Recruitment sp. z o.o., a duly registered recruitment agency in Poland.

2. Description of Services

Cross Puente offers the following consulting services:

• Initial guidance on employment opportunities in Poland
• Advice on documentation and visa requirements
• Document preparation coordination
• Certified translation coordination
• Support during the visa application process
• Pre-travel and post-arrival guidance
• Coordination with our partner in Poland for job placement

Important: Cross Puente acts as a consultant and facilitator. We are not an employment agency and do not guarantee obtaining employment or a visa. Hiring decisions are made exclusively by Polish employers, and visa decisions are made by the corresponding consular and immigration authorities.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be over 18 years old
• Be a Mexican citizen or legal resident in Mexico
• Provide truthful and complete information
• Have legal capacity to enter into contracts
• Meet basic requirements for work in Poland

4. Contracting Process

4.1 Initial Consultation We offer a free initial consultation to assess your eligibility and explain the process. This consultation does not create an obligation to contract our services.

4.2 Service Contract If you decide to continue, we will sign a service contract that details:

• Specific services included
• Costs and payment structure
• Estimated timelines
• Responsibilities of each party
• Cancellation and refund conditions

4.3 Payments Payments are made according to the structure established in your individual contract. We accept bank transfers and other methods specified in the contract.

5. Client Obligations

By contracting our services, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, complete, and updated information
• Submit authentic and valid documents
• Meet established deadlines for document delivery
• Attend scheduled appointments (embassy, consulate, etc.)
• Report any changes in your personal or employment situation
• Pay agreed amounts within established deadlines
• Follow provided instructions and recommendations
• Maintain active communication during the process

6. Limitations and Exclusions

6.1 We Do Not Guarantee:

• Work visa approval
• Obtaining specific employment
• Exact processing times (depend on external authorities)
• Results of decisions made by third parties (embassies, employers, Polish authorities)

6.2 We Are Not Responsible For:

• Decisions by immigration or consular authorities
• Changes in migration policies of Mexico or Poland
• Employer hiring decisions
• False or incomplete information provided by the client
• Fraudulent or altered documents
• Client’s failure to meet requirements
• Force majeure circumstances

7. Cancellation and Refunds

7.1 Cancellation by Client:

• Before starting procedures: Refund as specified in your individual contract
• During the process: Partial refund proportional to services not rendered
• After completing services: No refund

7.2 Cancellation by Cross Puente: If we determine we cannot continue with your case (for example, if we discover information that makes you ineligible), we will notify you and process the corresponding refund according to your contract.

7.3 Visa Rejection: In case of visa rejection, refund conditions are governed by what is established in your individual service contract.

Specific refund conditions are detailed in each individual service contract.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including texts, images, logos, designs, and materials, is property of Cross Puente or used with authorization. It is not permitted to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without authorization
• Use our brand or logo without written permission
• Modify or create derivative works from our content

9. Privacy and Personal Data

The handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on our website. By using our services, you consent to the processing of your data according to said policy.

10. Communications

By providing your contact information, you agree to receive communications related to:

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lerdo, Durango, Mexico.
